Dr. James Smartt graduated from the University of Chicago and earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He followed this with a plastic surgery residency and fellowships in pediatric and craniofacial surgery, where he did extensive work with adolescents with cleft palates and refined his expertise in rhinoplasty and otoplasty as a result. Dr. Smartt served on the faculty at several prestigious institutions and has been the recipient of numerous awards and research grants. He has enjoyed author credits on reconstructive and aesthetic surgery methods and applications for top-tier peer-reviewed journals, representing a passion for maintaining his position at the forefront of state-of-the-art patient care and technologies.
