I had a garage door installed and they did not put on the weather strip on the bottom of the door. It left a gap at the bottom. Called them and I was told I would have to buy one. Did not learn my lesson. Went looking for storm and screen doors. Liked theirs over big box stores. Had it installed. First big windy day I could feel air all around the door. I called, was told if I could not see sunlight it wasn't their fault. I love the look of their products but their all form over function. I just bought another house that needs a garage door and front door. Guess who has a snowball's chance of getting my business?

Bought 2 doors that were installed by doors unlimited very professional from the sales to the installer Steve. Thanks Doors Unlimited I will be calling them for windows next.

I can describe my experience with Doors Unlimited in one word, "HORRIBLE!" The salesman they sent to my home was rude and impatient. I was so disgusted by his lack of interest in helping me and I told him his services would not be needed. He responded by saying "Don't call us back!" That was the last straw. I didn't want to blame the company as a whole for the behavior of one employee so I decided to call and make a formal complaint. It's was after business hours so I left a voicemail giving them all of the details of the incident. No one ever got back to me. I guess they condone such behavior. When it come to customer service, Doors Unlimited gets two thumbs down from me.
