I just can't understand some of you business owners. Really! The only good thing about this company is that his fee was fair. Other than that, its time to hang up your hose. From the moment he came in the door all he did was complain about everything. Why are you even in business. I want whoever is reading this to understand that I am not posting this because I'm either making this up, didn't want to pay , or had a bad day. I believe in not just good service or products but good customer service as well. That means business etiquette which this man not only does not have but is also oblivious to what the business of carpet cleaning requires. So he came in and because my rugs are a certain color he complained about this. Then I realized he was by himself so I asked are you alone because I want to go over my furniture first. Then the most interesting thing is furniture moving which what carpet cleaning company doesn't move furniture?! So he kept trying to tell me and became a rude and I guess insulted that I was telling him about my furniture. Is it not my furniture that I don't want damaged and wish for everything cleaned properly? So when he came upstairs to clean and also had to move items their he then made a comment saying you have to move these items, it's not my job to move anything, I have a bad back, people expect you to move things, they don't want you to break anything and they expect you to pay for these things" really!! He was moving a large piece of furniture that he told me in our initial phone call to move the small items and I'll move the small items. So I said I'll move it back sir. He said ok and walked out the room. So what don't you understand sir about the carpet cleaning industry? Then as he was about to leave well he hadn't put the furniture back. And I'm saying to myself, "does he really think I'm going to pay him unless he moves my furniture back! So I told him. Well he then tells me he didn't want to get the rugs dirty from his shoes and asked, do you have any bags I can walk on. Oh and then he actually asked, you don't have a husband and boyfriend who can move it! Really. So I go upstairs find a sheet for him to walk on . I tell him I have to help him move table and tells me no I don't want you to strain yourself, we move table he notices the table was wobbly tells me it needed screws , then he had an attitude about moving the other tables back and just complained the whole time that when I went to pay him and then tells me he didn't have change (which also was unprofessional, and typical) I didn't even care I just put the money in his hand and quickly closed the door behind him. I just wanted this man out of my house. I have used about 4 different carpet cleaning companies including Stanley Steemer. I didn't use Stanley because they were too costly, the other companies I didn't remember their names and another one wasn't able to come out this particular day. I also try to use local small businesses and those my own race. But sadly once again we've shown why I should continue giving my money to those other people. The worst part of this is that either he or friends of his who he may have write him a review, they'll read this and want to attack me and defend him instead of honestly asking myself is this true. I not only will never use him again, if my neighbors ask I will be honest. This man complained more then a wife to her husband.

I am the owner or a local Construction Company and we have been using this firm for 8 years. We have been very please with the finish product, flexible hours, and no job is too big or small. He is also great with emergency last minute calls. Very affordable and dependable.
