I had a Transmission rebuilt at Chucks Feb.2012...I had 2 return twice for leaks in trans. Now it is 6 months later, my vehicle wont move and they are taking no responsibility or standing behind the repairs. They basically told me tough shxx, it's out of warranty. My warranty was for 12 months/12,000 miles and they said i drove 18,000 miles in 6 months which is impossible, they must have written the wrong mileage down. Most people with any common sense would know that.I even offered to pay something and they said to bad but the warrant is what it is.I believe a rebuilt Trans(not a used one) should last more then 6 months. regardless of miles. Not only was their work poor, they were rude and obnoxious and even would not release my car till I paid them $75.00 tow.I really dont know how these people are in business, I dont know how they could sleep at night knowing how they treat people.......BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! if you like to be treated POORLY then this is the place for u.
