Chestnut Hill Health System is a community-based health system serving the neighborhoods of northwest Philadelphia and eastern Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Chestnut Hill Health System is an integrated health system providing a variety of services including inpatient hospitalization, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and outpatient surgery. In addition to the hospital, the healthcare facility has a retirement community and a women s center and participates in community activities including include health-related programs at area YMCAs, health fairs, programs and screenings at local community centers and places of worship, as well as providing sports physicals and childhood immunizations at local schools.
