My engine went out on my car. I took it to the dealer (bad idea). The dealer said it will cost around $6,000 to replace it. So, I did my research and find Authorized Motor Service. The owner explain it to me step my step. They did a great job. Thank you!

Was told i needed major engine work. I needed to find someone. I found authorized motor service. Called spoke to amy, she told to bring car in. When i got there spoke to michael. He took his time talking with me. I didnt need another engine or major work. They stated the valve spring popped out, they fixed it. I am still driving my jeep. I am going to go back to them. As they told me, they do all sorts of repairs besides engines now. Can even get inspection. Thank you for everythibg

Thank you guys for fixing my truck. You guys are honest, professional, got my truck back to me quickly. all the things I need in a mechanic. Go to these guys, they will do right by you. They did by me, even though I didn'nt want to hear the bads news. At least I knew it was the right diagnotic. You are now my mechanics, not going to go through what I did before finding Authorized. You are above all in my opinon, going tell everyone I know that has car troubles about you.

Was at another shop that was milking me for money. I googled and found Authorized. They told me the truth, I needed another engine. They could not fix mine at all, it would be a waste of money. Aim and the guys were wonderful. I could not afford a remanufactured engine, I had no choice but to go with the used. They were professional, friendly and fast. They saved me on rental car fees. They told about bad parts on the vehicle. I would recommend everyone going to this shop, I had the best experience. Aim, even got her boss on the phone to talk to my partner about the job in general terms. Even he was impressed, which is hard to do. I will not go to any othe mechanic for my car. I am so happy with their work and how they are as people. That i recommended two friends to go there because they are having minor engine problems. Do yourself a favor, GO TO THIS SHOP, you will be happy you did. As you will only have to pay to fix the problem once.....

I took my chevy prism to them, I was told I needed an engine due to a lack of power etc problem. The other shop quoted me for a used engine. I decided that I needed a second opinion, i took my car to them. I found out that I was having a fuel injector problem. They replaced them, my vehicle is running as good as new. they asked me questions, they talked to me, explained the diagnosis, showed me the results. I will never go to another shop, they have me for a customer for life. You will like going there, they will tell whats wrong with your vehicle, that's if you want to hear it or not.

They have the worst customer service I have ever encounteres, They lied and stole my money and didnot preform the work need to be done, None the less there were only 2 tech on staff and neither of them were even certified to work on cars, let alone motors. I was totally disgusted with this company!

You can't go wrong going to these guys, they fixed my car in a day. Everyone wanted 300.00 dollars more and they would have had my car for 2 weeks. Don't go anywhere else for engine troubles. Everyone pretends to be an expert but they are just taking you for a ride.

Everyone I went to tried to sell me a engine for my 98 Chevy. I called them, they said to bring it down so they can see what i was talking about. I took the vehicle down, it turned out that it could be repaired, it was the rocker arms. They saved me $800.00 and my car runs great. Never going anywhere else again.

they fixed our cadillac for half then what the dealership wanted. your best bet is going to them...

they fixed my car, everyone said I had a headgasket, it turned out that i had a leak from one of the hoses and needed a new waterpump. I am so happy I went to them they saved my over $500.00 dolllars

they explained everything in detail about what was wrong with my engine and how I had to get a another engine, it would not pay to repair. They explained that the engines are remanufactured and how the warranty works I will be sending everyone I know to them. They really make you understand what is going underneath the hood of your car. I am glad that I got a remanufactured engine, I could only get that because they stop making the cast after a period of years. Let me tell you remanufactured is just like a new engine. Thank you for your quality of work Authorized Motors
