The representative was professional and knowledgeable about the phone. We got waited on as soon as we arrived. It did take a long time to finish our transactions.

This place don't deserve 1 star. I was looking to purchase a new cell phone case for my iPhone five and I was in Angleton nobody help me so I get the can I pick up the cell phone case I want I go stand in line when I stand in line there's a guy at the register with the girl talking to her about service so as the girls leaving he walks her out to the door while I'm still standing in line and at that time another pretty girl walks in and he jumps right on her to help her and forgets about me in line then he brings her over to the register where I'm standing in line tells me he will be with me in a minute and proceeds to help her when I say something the female customer obviously didn't care and he said I'll be right with you I'll be right with you sir I said I was standing in line I was next all I want to do is pay for this case because I'm not a female you're not gonna serve me

Terrible slow service.Was accused of stealing while in the store. I've had problems at this location before like them denying service since they would be closing in 5 minutes. Can't even get through on the phone to contact a manager.
