I was tranfered to Candee at the front desk to leave a message for the doctor, she was very rude and hung up on me. I work in a medical office where great customer service is a high priority. I think she needs proper training : )

Waiting rooms for doctors and nurses are always a pain, but even with a full staff and a small amount of people waiting, you will probably be waiting over an hour and a half. The people at the front desk will not hesitate to strike up an attitude either and any other time they're strictly emotionless no matter how nice you are to them. Some of the doctors are good, but it seems as though every 2 months a doctor takes a vacation. They also do terrible jobs at doing simple tasks such as schedule an appointment. They will keep rescheduling you and in my experience, once you do get an appointment, expect to be back within the week due to the fact they set you up on the wrong date.

I can not make an appointment, with this office. They don't know how to schedule people. I have been sick for 3 days. I can' t even be a walk in.

I WAS A PATIENT AT THIS OFFICE BUT AFTER 1 YEAR CHANGED DOCTORS. I WAS REAL SICK FOR 2 DAYS I CALLED TO GET A APPOINTMENT TO COME IN AND BE SEEN I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS FOR 2 WEEKS. YOU NEVER TALK TO A OFFICE EMPLOYEE YOU ALWAYS SPEAK TO A ANSWERING SERVICE. EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE A APPOINTMENT YOU WAIT LONG. NEVER RETURN CALLS. THIS MEDICAL PROVIDER NEEDS TO LEARN SOME BED SIDE MANNER THEY ALL ARE RUDE!!!! I HAVE BEEN TO BETTER ANIMAL DOCTORS.
