The service is terrible. They are extremely happy to sell you stuff but if/when something goes wrong they do not stand behind the product. Customer Service is zero as is delivery and installation. Find another appliance distributor to buy from. Good selection but terrible service. One would imagine if you buy a high-end (expensive) pruduct you will have better service; it is not the case with this company.
