I needed two new tags for my business's fire extinguisher. At first there as a misunderstanding with one of the representatives but after a couple of calls that escalated to me writing to them, in a short period of time; a gentleman name Matt contacted me. He listened to my story, explained to me his side, and quickly resolved my problem. Looking forward to continuing business with them next year. Please ignore the less three reviews.

Never again. Beware.I needed two new tag for my job's fire extinguisher, and for those who doesn't know what it is; it's a yellow piece of paper said my extinguisher is inspected and up to standards. I need one for each of my businesses, which were down the street from each other; approximately 0.1 miles apart. I was assisted by a guy name Issac. Before agreeing to use his business I asked him if it was going to cost $40 to come down to BOTH of my business and however much additional for the tags, after hearing the yes I told him to send someone down. When the inspector came down and checked my first business he had rung me up for $40visit+$3tag PER business, I had stopped him and told him about my talk with Issac. He then told me he would call Issac and sort the situation out before charging us. He next went to my second business to put the tag on the second extinguisher. Next thing I knew, I got a call from my boss telling me they had charged us $86 total; making it $43 for each business.I called Issac right away to sort it out. After multiple empty promises to refund my money. He called me right before they had close yesterday to tell me he can't do anything about it. I had to ask to talk to someone else. He gave me a name and advice to call back another day because everyone left the office. So I called back the day after, today. I spoke to Ernie. Unbelievably he told me the best this he could do for me was give me a good deal on my next service with them. I understand there could have been misunderstandings, BUT what I don't understand is why after it was made aware that I did NOT know they were charging me $43 per business that they hadn't contacted me BEFORE continuing with the service and charging me.And if I even knew they were going to do this to me I would have walked the .1 miles to bring the second extinguisher over to save me $40, am I right? I don't know how they were getting from my first business to my second to have charged me the extra $40. Maybe they rented a limousine escorting the inspector down the street to avoid possibly slipping on the ice on the way over. Maybe? So I say to you, never again. And I'm letting everyone I know to beware doing business with these people, because I wished someone did that for me.
