  Thirty-three PTAC units, one air handler, three HVAC units and three make up air units were replaced; six of these were on the fifth floor roof. Seventy-five plumbing repairs / leaks were resolved. Corridor light fixtures were replaced throughout the area with new LED fixtures and numerous electrical circuits were added throughout the project. The fifth floor received a complete new acoustical ceiling and was painted throughout. The third and second floors received the ceiling and painting as necessary. The roof was over 15 years old and required numerous repairs as the owners did not fund a complete roof replacement.
