Polar Air was great with the services i needed they are always on time and have very helpful office clerks and technicians very SATISFIED would recommend for anyone with AC or Refrigeration problems.

Extremely poor customer service. They waste time at your home which results in inflated hours and high costs to you. They do not fix the job the first time, therefore, you have to call then again and pay another service fee. No one will return calls and when you ask to speak to a supervisor or director, they never return the calls either. The office personnel are useless. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If they cannot call you back to resolve an issue that they never completely fixed in the beginning, then they are very "shady" in my estimation. They make excuses to why it is not their responsibility to fix the problem. Very bad company to work with.

Would not recommend! They waste time at your home which results in inflated hours and costs to you. They do not return phone calls, and when you ask to speak with supervisors, no one returns calls. They promise to come back to check on their work, no one ever shows up. Their customer service is horrible and office personnel are useless. They never totally fix your job so that you have to call them again and pay another service call to get the job done. They make excuses for why the job was not done correctly in the first place.....DO NOT USE THEM....call someone else!
