I work with the Elderly, Blind and Disabled. I would like to say when a EBD person does not have a voice, sight or other means to communicate it is so very important that staff follow the direction of the family. When a simply request by family can't be followed that makes me wonder what would happen in a room with no staff. A huge concern when a family requests a meeting and the center refuses a meeting with the family. This to me is a red flag.
