EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, Each time I went back to inquire if my clock were repaired, I was told a different story. I took my expensive cuckoo clock to him in September, and he said he wouldn't "be able to get to it until after the 1st of the year, I'm really backed up." Well, dumb me, I thought that meant he was in high demand and I was willing to wait. At the end of January, I went in, and was told that "sometimes it takes me a year to get things fixed". at that time, he said he would need more notice to "find" my clock, and he would call me. Another customer who was waiting, grabbed my shoulder as I was leaving, and whispered, "He WON'T call you! You can bet on that". Guess what, no call. I gave him another month before I went back in, February this time. There was a heated discussion going on between a customer and a different clerk behind the counter. The customer said, "You've had it for over a year, and I want it NOW, and she was also told to call ahead to give enough time to "locate" the item. She left mad. Now I was really worried, and asked for my clock's progress report. But that day, I had goofed up, and did not have my ticket with me, so was told no way could it be located that day. So, I waited until April, then went in with my ticket and demanded my clock back, fixed or not. He looked at the number, sighed and said, "I'm sorry, it isn't here. I have it in another storage place until I can get to it." Fortunately, my husband was there to prevent me from murdering this obviously-clueless business owner. My husband told him to have it in the shop the next morning. Fixed or not, we would be there to reclaim it. And so the next morning, my husband picked it up, was charged 10bucks for "fixing" it, he brought it home, and the music wouldn't play.
