Professional employee was discouraging about using Rite Aid for filling drug prescriptions and supplies prescription from doctor because of "amount of paperwork" for senior Insurance coverage. I phoned another pharmacy who said they would phone the doctor, handle the paperwork, and they gladly took my info. From Rite Aid I received No Aid.
