I ordered/purchased a shed around August 2011. Was told the shed would arrive in 2-4 weeks. It arrived in 6-7 weeks. Yes, a bad storm did delay the process, but I never received a phone call alerting me to the change in timing. I, the customer, had to repeatedly call the lady at the shed dealership to get a status. When the shed arrived, it had window boxes with peeling paint. No big deal, though, the owner (her husband) took them off and ordered new ones. It is now December 15, 2011, and the window boxes have not arrived. I have contacted the lady multiple times, even stopped by her building. Today when I called, I expressed my frustration with the situation (no bad language or yelling) and she REFUSED to appologize and then came up with excuses why I had not received them or even a phone call. She, the OWNER, started yelling at me, the customer. Oh by the way, she HAD the boxes. She said it was her opinion that window boxes were not important enough to call me about. :(
