Healthcare Solutions provides memory supportive care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing services on a temporary and long-term basis. It offers a range of services, such as nursing assessments, continued medical care, disease state management teaching, infusion therapy and injections and pain management. The center also offers a variety of other services that include disease basic care, state monitoring, ventilator care and weaning and wound care. In addition, it provides infusion therapy, mental health nursing, rehabilitation therapy and diabetes education. The center offers a nurse aide program that is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing. Healthcare Solutions is located in Petersburg, Va.
