Mediation is the use of an impartial person to help people make informed decisions and develop mutually acceptable agreements within a confidential setting. We have found that mediation during the divorce process can be an excellent resource to help couples make their divorce work. Mediation can also help intact non-divorcing families to resolve disputes with clear agreements.
