Based in Petaluma, Calif., Scott Laboratories Inc. s current product portfolios include some of the reputed names in the wine, craft brewing and spirits industries. In some cases it has its own proprietary products (such as Sparkolloid and Scottzymes) while in other cases it works with partner firms. It provides presses, crush pad, wine processing, filtration, packaging, parts, and service and fermenting.
