Owner Katrina Charmatz has been doing Pilates for 8 years and has been teaching for 5 years. Her early fitness training was in skiing, swimming, horseback riding/training, cycling and dance. Katrina continues to develop her knowledge and understanding of body mechanics, anatomy & kinesiology thru advanced training programs. Rebalance Pilates specialize in providing a focused, challenging core workout, for all ages, abilities and physical conditions. Rebalance Pilates also offers specialized athletic performance programs for the equestrian along with other sports.
