Petaluma Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 90-bed skilled nursing facility that has been servicing the city of Petaluma in California and surrounding communities for more than 30 years. Its skilled nursing services include physical, occupational and speech therapies, wound care, intravenous therapy, pain management, pharmacy, lab and X-ray services. Located in Petaluma, Calif., it also offers podiatry, optometry, dental, auditory, psychiatry and psychological services. It has a full-time certified activity director for organizing recreational activities, including bingo, exercises, music shows, books on tape, church services, sing-along, crafts and field trips. It organizes special events, such as barbecues and monthly theme dinners. Its other facilities include dining room, beauty shop, private and semiprivate rooms and restorative nursing program.
