Horribly managed. We had a booth near the entrance and could hear everything. Every customer that came in was greeted with an apology. They've apologized so much, it's habitual! Each new customer was told that no booth was available. There were at least a half-dozen empty booths with dirty dishes sitting on them the entire 2+ hours we were there. One group of customers, seated outside, marched back out after waiting 30+ minutes for someone to come by.Our experience fit the same picture. I ordered a beer immediately and didn't get it for at least a half hour, after our food came! Most of the time we were there, my glass was empty. Not one dirty dish or glass was carried away during the entire 2+ hours.On top of that, this location has really high prices. A medium order of wings is $19.49. Fries, potato wedges, and drinks are not included.There is something wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. This location has below average service for the chain, and BWW as a whole has well below average service. As much as I love Asian zing wings and potato wedges with ranch, I just can't justify going any more.
