I am a disabled, army wife, my husband is deployed to Afghanistan. I asked for some assistance from Lowe's and for them to do a job on 2 houses due to tornado damage. I was advised to send the photos & was told someone would come out and do an estimate or submit the info back to me with an estimate, But, then I received an email from Lowes & I was told that they would not come out for repair of homes, only new installation. These very same 2 houses, 3 years earlier, Lowes came out and repaired by replacing doors and windows on 1 of them and then completely did siding work on an existing home for me. My money was good enough then, but not now. All this work, all this time, preparing what I was asked to send them, was a waste of my energy.. Lowes was & is a big disappointment. If I could put a minus in front of the Stars I would...I won't bother Lowes anymore with my time effort or money. Neither will any of my family...V Hoeflich
