Surrounded by large evergreen and shade trees, our community has a private, country feel, yet, only minutes away from major shopping. We are conveniently located only 20 minutes from Bowling Green or Downtown Toledo, within miles of Interstate 75, Interstate 280 and the 80/90 Ohio Turnpike. We work extremely hard at creating a great looking community and our residents do the same. Our community has recreational areas for children including a basketball court, large swing set area, and a new swimming pool. In addition to renting lots for manufactured homes, we also sell and rent manufactured homes.
