I had a great customer service experience at this Verizon store with the recent purchase of my new iPhone 5s. I visited the store on 2 separate occasions before making the decision to purchase the phone and worked with Jason and Lucas. Both of them listened to the specific ways I wanted to use my phone and did not try to "up sell" me to a particular model of phone or data plan. They let me ask lots of questions. I feel very confident that I got the phone that will best suit my needs. When it came time to purchase the phone, I felt I was very well informed about the 2 year contract I was signing up for, about my phone insurance options, and about phone accessories available like cases and car chargers. Again, all of this was low-pressure information given to me by Lucas in response to my questions. I didn't feel any sales pressure at all. Lucas also made sure all my contacts were transferred from my previous phone before I left the store. Great customer service!
