This is the worst place to ever get a loan. The employees do not communicate if you call and say that you mailed your payment etc. They call all your numbers on file if you are 1 day late. Find another company that will work with you because this place is horrible. They will make all the excuses in the world on why they can't do this and that. Basically, this company makes up the rules as they go along.

The employees do not communicate if you call and say that you mailed your payment etc. For instance, I had just called and talked to the manager about my account. No more than 5-10 mins later another person from the office calls regarding payment. She was like oh the manager didn't tell me you had called. I was likie I just got off the phone with him and he sitting right in front of you. They call all your numbers on file if you are 1 day late.
