One star is generous, To replace a belt they quoted me a price when I arrived it was substantually more than quoted. They told it would take 1 day, 3 days later it was ready but they never called me. Got the mower home and the other belt was to loose to mow. I dont think they really care, probably have just enough business to keep them employed and from having to work for someone else.
