Ive always had pretty good service from them I like them because if they know a easy fix they will recommend it. The last time it took them a while to find out what was wrong with my water heater so I paid a little extra for their time, but they apologized. Turned out it was a switch (cheap) but they had to check the whole circuit before he found it. It happens. Give them a try.
