Ok lets start with the great service I got while looking around. I was never pushed into anything or felt overwhelmed. They took time to show me all the cars they had on the lot until I found the one I liked. Once we found that one I just knew! We took it for a test drive and it had a minor issue I noticed. I understand im getting a used car but I did want it to be just perfect. I felt that it had a slight pull to the left. I asked the salesmen about it and he said it can be fixed. When we arrived back I let them run my credit and the ball was rolling. I told them I would pick up the car first thing in the am and I wanted the pulling issue fixed or the deal was off. When I arrived to my surprise they replaced all 4 tires. They said one of them had a bald spot and that is why it was pulling so to ensure my safety and to make sure there wouldnt be any problems in the future they replaced all 4. after seeing that kind of customer service I think I found a new home for all my auto needs.

I was looking around for a used Grand Cherokee. I shopped around and didnt really come up with any luck. One day I stopped by Sam Lemons Chrysler and looked around. The staff here were very nice and helpful. They showed me a few used cars and asked me what my price range was. Then the salesmen took me over to the new car area and I told him this was out of my price range. He said I think I can make it happen and he did. I now am the proud owner of a new Grand Cherokee. I have the staff of Sam Lemons to thank!

I recently went out car shopping was just thinking of test driving a few cars looking for the car that will fit me the best and come back for it later. When I arrived at the dealership I was expecting one of those pushy sales person too start trying to make a sale. To my surprise they were great they gave me my space never pushing to close the sale. The sales person had tons of information on the cars; they let me know about every detail of the car inside and out. I had originally entered the dealership to get a few test drives and quotes and continue my shopping else where but they definitely gave me a good deal on the car lower then what I was anticipating I just couldnt let the deal pass. I drove off the dealership that same day with a new Dodge truck and with a low monthly payment. Thank you,

My mother came in to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and had a great experience. She was weary as she had bad experiences in the past at other dealerships. But, Jason, the sales person, was quick to help my Mom find something that would fit in her budget, then gave her more than Kelly Blue Book for her trade! Needless to say, the rest of the process went very well and she is very pleased. I will be sending all of my friends and family

I want a new charger and didnt want to get scammed . I looked all over and throughout my search I came across Sam Lemons Chrysler. When I went there everyone was so nice and friendly. They showed me around and I found the one. We took her for a drive and I just knew this was the one. The paperwork was easy and they explained everything. 2 thumbs up!

Bought my new Dodge 1500 all black and could not be happier with my decision. Love the rims, along with the towing package. I am so thankful I fell into the right hands! Not only friendly but great abundance of knowledge as well. Thank you so much Jerry for my new truck !

These people are crooks and liars. I went in there to trade in my mid mileage SUV for something a little economical and get some cash back. I asked if the used Pacifica I was looking at was checked out and was in good working order because it had higher mileage than my SUV, and if it had a 2nd set of keys. They said of course it was checked out everything is fine and we will look into that 2nd set of keys for you. All I asked was that put 2 new front tires on the car and do a detail job and go over the car again and get me a 2nd set of keys. To make a tragic story short they sold me a car that had worn loose outer tie rods which I found out after they changed the front tires, and failed to mention that to me, and that is a major safety hazard, and no 2nd set of keys. Basically the money I got back on the deal they were trying to squeeze it back out of me, since when I brought these details to them their response was to bad so sad. Don't deal with these people.
