General Info

1977 was a year of major change in the watch repair industry. Electronic watches saturated the market with few options for service. Service options were left to companies ill equipped to handle much of their own product. It was then that Marc and Diedre Young decided to take a chance. Consulting with engineers, circuit designers and conventional watch professionals, the Youngs founded Parsec Enterprises as specialists in servicing the new electronic quartz watch product. Against major odds, Parsec succeeded and grew to become the largest independent watch repair facility in the U.S., servicing nearly all major brands, providing warranty services on over 25 major brands, as well as high volume services unavailable from any other source. With over 150 years of bench experience on staff, 52 employees, a dedicated customer service department, and unparalleled in-house service capability, it is clear: There is simply no other service facility like Parsec Enterprises.

What a great place! I went all over the Peoria area looking for a battery for a fine watch. A jeweler finally referred me to this business which repairs and sells clocks. They had the part I needed. Later when a part on a band broke, they had a jeweler who MADE the part. Highly recommend.

Very polite. Always give a fixed price on all their work. Repaired one watch for FREE, stem had pulled out of an over 50 year old watch. They said a small set screw had come lose inside. A lot of sentimental value, would have paid $50 - $100 to have it fixed.

Came to set up and fix my new grandfather clock. Very professional and friendly. Taught me a lot about my clock. They have also done a watch repair for me when none of the jewelry stores would. I would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional, poor warranty service. Repair costs usually are more than what a new watch would cost. accused me of taking the watch apart. Water turned to rust color 15 minutes after submersion, one day old watch. They accuse me of missuse.
