General Info

Dr. Carter was born and raised in Peoria, Il. He attended Peoria Central High School. After college he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. His Postgraduate studies include Spinal Biomechanics, Disc Disorders and Physical Therapy. He received his advanced acupuncuture certificaton from the Acupuncture Society of America. He is married and has one daughter that attends the University of Missouri. He currently resides in Dunlap, Illinois. He was a village of Dunlap board member. Dr. Carter is currently working on his Diplomate Degree in Acupuncuncture and will finish in 2013.
