For over forty years, David Joseph, along with his expert team has been bringing high quality commercial development and management to the city of Peoria with the help of his sons, Brad & Bill Joseph. As a graduate of Bradley University, David began work in real estate in Peoria and Chicago, and then from there entered into the construction and development scene when he founded the company in 1974. As a whole, the D. Joseph Companies have developed numerous shopping centers, office buildings, restaurants, and retail out lots throughout the Midwest encompassing over 2 million square feet and over $100 million worth of commercial property.
