Counseling & Family Services in Peoria opened its doors in 1900, and to this day, we offer our consul to individuals and families across the Tri-County area, helping them eliminate conflicts and stress, building and enjoying a better life. We offer more than counseling; we are a nationally-accredited adoption service, licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (#004985-12). We work with families and individuals to provide adoption and foster care services, finding good, loving homes for children both domestic and international. We also work carefully with expectant mothers, guiding them in making the best choices for their coming child, whether they choose to raise them or find an adoptive home, and offering compassionate counseling without pressure. We are here to help with Marriage, family, & parent/child counseling Depression, anxiety, grief & loss issues Domestic violence Drug & alcohol addiction Employment concerns Adoption & foster home services We want everyone to lead a healthier, more stress-free life. We are members of the United Way, and participate in numerous community outreach programs and events.
