Waited 2 hours to see the nurse practicioner today. Luckily I wasn't in the paper gown that whole time. I had a scheduled appointment. I wasn't a walk in patient. I arrived to my appointment on time. When I finally got called to the room after waiting for 1.5 hours I was informed by the medical assistant that this provider always takes a long time with her patients and is slow.....great.....still waiting.....get dressed in paper gown......waiting some more.....finally I had enough, got dressed and told them I was leaving. Never even saw the provider. Not impressed at all. Medical assistant came into the room with flip flops on and the end of her nose ring sticking out of her nose like a shiny booger, wow that's professional. Needless to say I will not be returning.
