I saw Dr Crook in his NW Tucson office on a couple of occasions to get root canals. I can't say enough positive things about him. At the time, I was under a lot of stress due to having a horrible experience with a previous endodontist and from never having a root canal before. I very much appreciated Spencer's competent and relaxed chairside manner. He asks all the right questions and leaves no stone unturned in providing you the best possible care. He really cares about his patients. His follow-up is tremendous--he even gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions! I also liked the fact he didn't give me a hard time about my choosing to receive the nitrous oxide. Other dentists have discouraged me from using it. I would not hesitate to see him for another root canal if I ever need him. Also, I will not hesitate in recommending him to others who are searching for an endodontist.
