Established in 1998, Fitness 1 is a health and physical fitness center, offering a suite of facilities and equipment for strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition consultation and total body health workout. Located at Peoria, Ariz., the visitors can avail of equipment comprising treadmills, cross trainers, elipticals, stair climbers, recumbant bikes and upright bikes. The personal trainers offer group exercises including spinning, aerobics, silver sneakers, core training and Pilates. Other classes include step aerobics, cardio dance, barbell blast, yoga, indoor cycling and boot camp.
