I took my truck in for an oil change , they called and said I had a leaky radiator , on good faith I say change it , the next day on the way to work the truck starts leaking coolant , I take it back they say it needs a hose , I say fine change it , the next day (day three ) it starts to leak again on the way to work , I take it back and they say "guess what the new radiator is defective " this is at apprx 10:00 am , I say ok but you have the truck for basically three days I need it back today , I then call back at Aprx. 4:00 PM , they say it wont be done , they want their vendor to see it , I say he can look at it on the work bench , just get me a new radiator like you were supposed to do in the first place , they say no , they will have to purchase one , they want the vendor to warranty it ,I say I don't care just get my truck done , I end up having to go oreilly auto parts and do it myself , I will never use them nor recommend them .
