- Dr. Williams is a third generation native Pensacolian. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Florida and his dental degree from Emory University School of Dentistry. He accepted a commission into the United States Navy, where he completed a General Practice Residency at the Naval Hospital, San Diego, California. He did his postgraduate work at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he completed his periodontal training and received a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology. In 1995, Dr. Williams completed all requirements for board certification and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
