We have taken our clothes to get dry cleaned multiple times, and if the clothes are just a little dirty, it is not too bad, but if the clothes have stains, or in my husband's case, he spilled coffee on his suit coat, they do not get it clean. The stains are still there once you get the garments home. At least 4-5 times now, we have gotten our items home and they were still badly soiled and could not be worn. We are going to call them tonight and see if we can get our money back. We will not be using them anymore. I even point out the stains when I drop off the clothes, and the employee says we will take care of it, and we trust that, until we get home and see that it has not been taken care of. Again, we are going elsewhere from now on and hope to get better business for our money. It is not cheap.
I cannot even give them one star - they deserve a BIG ZERO! Terrible business - I took a fur coat there for long term cold storage - they must have mis - ticketed it. The owner says the coat was sent out to another specialty company for "cleaning" which I never asked for. The manager said the coat NEVER left the premises. The owner claims the coat was hanging there for quite some time and that he called three times - which he NEVER did. I was still an active customer and had been there several times afterwards - yet they never once said the fur coat had been waiting for pick up. They even had my address and could have mailed me a letter. I cannot believe they literally donated the coat without even reaching out to me. I didn't "forget" about the coat - I just assumed they had sent it to storage and that it would be safe. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Go to Exclusive Cleaners 850-438-0434- much better people and they take care of their customers.
I was completely astounded by the degree of unprofessionalism by these workers. I have now contacted these people 10+ times to check on my lost dry cleaning. The workers are clueless and distasteful. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were unable to transfer my call, but a supervisor would be in contact with me. When I don't hear anything, I call back. Each time, I am either hung up on (literally) or advised someone will be in contact with me. Eventually, I said enough is enough and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The only contact I have received is their responses to the BBB that have been forwarded to me. Although my dry cleaning was brand new, I will be receiving a check for half of what was paid for it. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. April, Angela, Greg, and Jake do not know how to treat customers.
BEWARE! TAKE YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE WHILE YOU STILL HAVE THEM IN YOUR POSSESSION!!!! Dropped off long dress coat on 12/31/14. Quoted Dry Cleaning Pickup Day: 1/5/15 after 5PM. I called over the next few months with no resolution. Nobody would return phone calls. On 3/30/15, I called and the representative faked a bad connection and disconnected multiple times. After this, I placed approximately 7 calls with no answer. I am astounded these people are still in business. Downright rude individuals! I'm convinced they sold my $300 coat on the black market.
