Chris Dewberry, owner of SafeLawn gave me a landscape proposal for my new home the first of May and told me it would be 2 weeks before he could start. After 2 weeks, he said he had to put my job off because the rainy weather had put him behind schedule and he would be working me into his June schedule. That was the last I heard from him so about the middle of June, I emailed him and asked if he had his June schedule worked out. He emailed me, said yes and my job was scheduled for the week of June 25. He said he would start Monday morning on that date. By 9:30 am, he had not shown up or called, so I called him and got his voice mail. I asked him to call me ASAP to let me know if he was coming that day. I have never heard from him since.

So I was put off and asked to wait almost 2 months from the time I accepted his proposal. He has never even called me and I had to start all over again with new landscapers. If courtesy, reliability and good communication are important to you, I suggest you look elsewhere.
