I have been a vendor for Mrs. Longwell for 10+years and had 1 payment issue. I did not follow up with requested paperwork prior to invoicing! Lesson learned on my part.

Tina Longwell is a big disgrace to the property management community. She is very disrespectful to her clients, workers, and vendors. I beware anyone thinking of doing business with these people, they will continue to give you the run around and argue with you when their clearly in the wrong. Vendors have been denied their monthly payments for services performed even after their net 30 day mark had passed. Take this as a warning, stay far from these people and alot further from Tina Longwell. She's a disgrace to the property management companies whom actually care about their clients, workers and vendors. Let's face it tina, without these people you would have no job

The property we were leasing sold. The rental manager found us another home before we had to move out. Everything was CLEAN freshly painted, yard work done!!!!. We only had to move in. Then calls to make sure we are happy. SERVICE
