Horrible customer service. I've spent more than $100 there the past couple weeks and I couldn't return a $1.75 button because I didn't have a receipt. I could have waited for a manager,who was in the back cutting fabric or just come back another time as the cashier suggested or just not worry about returning it since I would only get 50 percent of the cost (it had been on sale the last 90 days) and that would be on store credit and it would take the manager awhile to get up there to approve it for me. Way to go JoAnns.
