I have had nothing but GREAT service with this business and the employees. I have always been treated with kindness. They have worked with me on several occasions. They call me to remind me of my upcoming payment day. Their charges are the best I have found in Pensacola. They will work with you. There is always smiles when you walk in. EZ cash pawn and jewelry really is the best pawn shop in Pensacola.

I don't get to that side of town often, and was told by one of the managers that as long as I paid off the layaway before december I would be fine. I called them to make a payment over the phone and they said they don't do that. When they looked up my account they said the merchandise had already been removed and shipped to another store (but cannot tell me which store!) and it's the first of October-a full TWO months before I was told it must be paid. I found this out after being told initially that the merchandise was still in the store and holding for OVER 30 MINUTES to speak with the manager-otherwise I would never have waited to speak to someone. We have bought many things from them in the past (this was our first and LAST layaway experience with them) and we will NOT be giving them any of our business in the future. Extremely dissatisfied and would give them NO stars if I could.
