Counseling is available for adults of all ages. Counseling may be helpful to achieve insight into a problem, make a transition, or adapt skillfully to life. Concerns I have experience working with include depression, anxiety, social anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, substance abuse, relationship problems, and existential concerns.
