I am a casual investor and have been using this website for over three years to obtain information on available real estate in this area. Their website are easily accessed and they offer an abundance of information to help with your selections. Their friendly staff will monitor your saved selections and make themselves available to provide you with fee and change information. They have one of the best real estate sites for small investors in this area. I have also purchased real estate through this agency and have experienced quick and professional closings.
We bought our first house with Kim in 2010. She was great! She helped us choose a great house at our price-point in the exact neighborhood we wanted - close to schools, shopping and the beach. Kim was really patient, listened to our wants and needs, and guided us through those first-time home-buyer high expectations and uncertainty toward a smooth close.
