I am absolutely happy with this clinic. I dont think I could point out any area that would need improvement. It was an excellent service and helpful staff. They gave good support and advice when I needed them the most. Very pleased with their assistance.

Shameful that this is the only choice for women in crisis. Arrived 6 am to a packed room and line out the door. Like herding cattle. The staff is uncaring & rude. Not that it should be a luxury resort, but young women are already scared & naive about the procedure. To have not one person empathize or say a kind word is disheartening to say the least. The dr was rude , never spoke a kind word. The twilight sleep did as much as a glass of water. I was still wide awake & felt every stabbing pain, and no one cared when I complained. So don't waste your money on it. They won't refund it just replied "oh well " . I was there for 5 excruciating hours, like mass chaos. Was in recovery only 5 minutes, made to disrobe with no privacy and walk to recovery with only a paper sheet around me. I suppose their motto must be "we'll make sure you don't come back !" I can't imagine much worse.

The day I was scheduled, the place was wayyy over booked. My appointment was at 2 pm and ended up finishing around 6pm. Even though they were exceptionally busy the ladies/nurses working there were friendly and tried getting everyone through as quick as possible . First is the ultrasound, then they take vitals, then you are "counseled" about how the medication works. Everything is done one on one except this step. After the billing, then medication is given, and a follow up is scheduled. Overall it was not too bad. Advice... Bring a book and magazine because you are not allowed phones.
