We are dedicated to increasing awareness of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) as it exists as a "Silent Killer" throughout the world. The occurrence of deaths among the 18-24 age group (mainly athletes) continues to be ignored by our legislatures. EKG testing as soon as a child begins participating in organized sports IS necessary and should be both mandatory and covered by insurance.
