We offer Lifeline discounts to qualified customers who meet certain eligibility requirements such as government assistance or a household income that is below the federal poverty level depending on the Lifeline state. Budget Mobile is limited to one household and cannot be combined with any other Lifeline offering. Re-certification Customers with a Budget Mobile Lifeline plan are required to re-certify annually that they still participate in a qualifying program and are eligible for discounted phone services. Re-certifying will renew your service for an additional twelve months with no charges or additional charges to your current account.
