Provided by YP.comI thought everything was great when I traded in my IS for an NX in November 2015. Fast forward 2 months and I received a letter from Lexus Financial stating that Lexus of Pembroke did not turn in a Payment Waiver Certificate to cover my one remaining payment on the IS and I now owe the $405. I spoke to Kris Koo said he could do nothing. Then to a manager, Andre Armani, who gave me the run around for a week and finally told me to pay it. Finally, I called and left several voicemails to the GM, Vladimir Keslin. I then wrote a Yelp review stating my experience thus far. I then found the GM's email online (the girl at the front desk said she didn't know it) and wrote the GM an email after not receiving a call back. He replied that he will not assist me because of the review I wrote on Yelp and will only speak to my attorney! The emails are posted as proof on my Yelp review. I contacted corporate today and they are going to open a case to see what is going on.

Provided by YP.comOne thing all consumers want to feel when purchasing a car is they getting a fair deal. I traveled down from Jacksonville, FL. I met Emlyn Lemon, I would say she is a very good sales person. Very good customer service skills. She showed me a 2010 ES 350, a car I was totally not searching for because I was not fond of the console. After the test drive I felt differently about the ES. The ride was smooth, true Lexus style and the console was something I could live with. The price was under what I was looking to spend so this was a Great Deal for me! Until I got into financing and realized the car was online for $19,999 and already CERTIFIED. They insisted that this online ad meant that I have to come in and pay another $1k to certify the car. I called several other Lexus dealerships and showed them the Pembroke ad. They all confirmed what I thought, on their websites, this would mean the car is sold at the asking price and includes certification, AS LISTED. They also attempted to charge me $671 for a new tag, then lowered it to $450 when I pointed it out. I called Florida DMV and a new tag registration is only $225!
Needless to say, I am very disappointed that Lexus of Pembroke would attempt such an egregious act of deception. I will not return to them for future business and I warn you to do through research before purchasing from this dealership.

Once I walked on the lot I received the utmost respect and greetings than most other places I've been to. Not only did they great me with great service but they guaranteed less waiting time. Being a member of Pembroke Pines has made me feel like I was part of a family.
