Shopping at City Furniture is very refreshing. I had an awesome sales person and I was able to purchase a Beautyrest Black mattress that my wife and I are so in love with. I would recommend City Furniture to anyone. They have never let us down.

I had a great experience with this branch. Rony our salesman was amazing and was quick to identify our needs and find the right bedroom set for my daughters. He also followed up after the sale to make sure the delivery was made on time.

We found a chip on the furniture and Rony made sure the customer service replaced with a new piece. Now the furniture looks beautiful in the room and my daughters love it. I like City Furniture but love the service I received from Rony.

Don't waste your time! Ordered a full living room set because they advertised "same day delivery". I had to wait 1 week to get HALF of my furniture, then 2 weeks for the remaining pieces. 2 weeks turned into 2 months, then 1 more month.

I refuse to wait another month, it shouldn't take 3 months to get my furniture. So much for same day delivery. I canceled my order and now I am waiting for them to come back and pick up the pieces they delivered.

I would never do business with this company again.

absolutely the worst costumer service who will refuse to resolve the problem if there are any defects found in their sloppy handled and dinged up furniture you paid full price for. I'm stuck with damaged furniture. I felt like I wasted my money.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

DISSAPOINTED!!! We looked all over for a kitchen table and chairs and finally found one at City Furniture Pembroke. The sales rep was very kind and left us alone to make our decisions. Once we decided, we were told the table was in stock but the chairs would be in the next day(Wednesday) and could be delivered the day after (Thursday). We were to accept delivery of table on Wed by 10:30am. The table did not arrive until 7:10pm after much calling from us to store and delivery person. By Saturday still no chairs and no word from store. I called on Monday only to find out the chairs did not come in and were "on back order and should be in tomorrow (Tuesday)" I was also told the store would call and set up delivery by Wednesday. We will see. Very sad and disappointed at unprofessional and uncaring attitude of sales personnel especially since total purchase was over $1,200.00.

Most likely will not use them again and will not recommend them.

Buyer BEWARE! All sales are final. They have a reselection process if you have buyers remorse but that is only for 2 days after delivery or pickup. All furniture purchases are not the same. Some items (ie, hard chairs, tables, lamps) you know what your getting. But for sofas, recliners, and loveseats do not purchase from this store! Run from these items! You will be basing your purchase on the comfort and feel of furniture that has been on the showroom floor where the pads and cushions are broken in. When you get the new sofa, loveseat or recliner the pads and cushions are incredibly hard and the material is slick and it's uncomfortable, even painful. You will feel ripped off because it's not what you based your buying decision on! And guess what? Your screwed because all sales are final! I immediately brought it to the attention of my sales rep after my furniture was delivered (the next day) I was told that I need to give it time. The cushions and pads need to wear in. Be patient. After my back started to hurt me after a few hours sitting on this slippery rock, I didn't have the "time" that the salesperson suggested but I'm SOL and you will be too!. If you absolutely have to buy this type of new furniture make sure you sit on the NEW furniture before buying.

I bought a Kevin Charles foam top mattress, and after a year it has collapsed so badly , that we can't sleep on it. I called them up, and because I can't find the receipt, and they couldn't find me in the computer, they would not help me. It is their product and no one else sells it. I did not want a refund, just an exchange. They said no, and they even saw I spent close to $10,000 with them in the last 5 years. The mattress is junk, and the customer service is non existent. I'm done giving them my business.
